PARENTAL
INVOLVEMENT CONTRACT
Parental
involvement is necessary and actively sought at Charter Conservatory.
By enrolling your child, you are providing
your child with an excellent educational opportunity.
As a parent, you have a
responsibility to provide the proper interest, encouragement, guidance,
home
environment and volunteer service to foster the best learning
environment
available for your child and others at Charter
Conservatory. By signing this
contract, you are agreeing to
the following terms with the full understanding that failure to fulfill
the
Parental Involvement Contract will result in the removal of your
student from the
school.
As
a
parent/guardian of a Charter
Conservatory student, I agree to do the following:
- Volunteer
9 hours per nine-week term or 36 hours per school year.
I understand that this service may be
provided by any member of my family and may be performed in various
locations,
such as the school, home or workplace.
2. Attend
a conference with my child and his/her teachers every nine-week period.
3. Encourage
my child to cooperate and show respect for all persons he/she meets at
CCAT.
4. Answer
any requests for information by school personnel in a timely fashion.
I understand that by signing this
contract I
am obligated to perform my contractual duties. Should
I continue to fail to fulfill my obligations under
this contract,
my child will cease to be eligible to attend Charter Conservatory for
Liberal
Arts & Technology.
