Health & Fitness 1st 9 Weeks, 2012

So far, I've learned about healthy sleeping habits and things not to do if you're trying to go to sleep. Some things to refrain from are T.V.'s, cellphones, computers, and video games. You need at least 9-10 hours of sleep to be healthy and rested, and you can not make up for sleep over the weekend. When sleep has been lost, it's gone for good. You can catch up but you can't get those hours back.…
